Once the first distillation is done, the spirit has an alcohol by volume of 93%. Afterward, the spirit goes through organoleptic and chemical analysis to ensure its quality.
When the spirit reaches the desired quality of the distillery, the spirit is sent via tank to the Polmos Zyrardów distillery, where it is fed into four columns and rectified in the second.
All in all, Belvedere is distilled four times, after which it is stored in tanks to rest before it is diluted with pure artesian water.
Finally, when Belvedere has an ABV of 40% or 80 proof, it is subjected to filtration, first with carbon filtration and the second with mechanical filtration.
What Does Belvedere Vodka Taste Like?
Belvedere Vodka has a clean and gentle aroma that has hints of rye bread crust and lemon zest.
On the palate, Belvedere Vodka has a creamy texture. Moreover, Belvedere Vodka is rich with undertones of florals, white chocolate, and black pepper.
