Lastly, keep the Coke in cold temperatures because hot and dry weather further stimulates the evaporation of liquid particles, so storing Coke in the refrigerator is the best bet you have.
Does The Sugar In Coke Evaporate?
Coke can evaporate, and evaporation is the process of vaporization which entails the conversion of liquid to gas. As such, expect that solid particles like sugar won’t be evaporated and instead be left behind.
If you evaporate Coke under high temperatures, you will find that the sugar particles will be burned off with only sugar left since sugar is solid, meaning sugar cannot turn into gas.
